About Ordering Process
Welcome to Zynzor! To place an order, simply click on the product, select your preferred color and size, and click the Add to Cart button to proceed. After that, you can choose to View Cart or Checkout. Fill in the required shipping information and select a suitable payment method to complete your order.
Payments are accepted via PayPal. You can also pay using a credit card or debit card through PayPal.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team via the Contact page.
For swift order processing, your order will be confirmed for production 12 hours after being placed. You can only cancel or modify your order within the first 12 hours. After this time, your order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

About Shipping and Payment
Shipping typically takes 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that shipping times may be longer during holiday periods. Thank you for your patience.
The estimated arrival date for your order is calculated by adding the processing time and shipping time. (Estimated Delivery Date = Processing Time + Shipping Time).
We provide free shipping on all orders.
You will receive an email with tracking information 1 to 5 days after your order has shipped.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please contact us via support@zynzor.com or through the Contact Form on our website. We’ll be happy to resend it to you.
Please double-check your address before checking out. You (the customer) are responsible for providing the correct address and/or apartment number.
Packages returned to us or lost due to an invalid address cannot be refunded or replaced.
While we cannot cover the product cost, we can offer you a discount if you place a replacement order. To avoid this issue, please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.
Problem with Order
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@zynzor.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include proof of the issue (video/photo of the defective product) and your order number.
- Await Response: Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours.
- No Need to Return: We will inspect the issue and provide a refund or send a replacement product to you. You do not need to return defective items to us. We will use your feedback to improve our service.
If there is an issue with your product, please send a complaint via our email. You must submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order. Include proof of the received item (video/photo of the defective product) and your order number.
After review, we will either replace the product or issue a refund without requiring you to return the defective item to us.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times are as follows:
- PayPal: Refunds typically take 1 business day.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will appear as a credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
